Qualifications: You will be a qualified and experienced nurse (RGN / RMN) who has a proven track record   Key responsibilities: You will provide leadership within the clinical team and be a nurse that leads by example and acts as a champion for resident’s safety and dignity. To maintain skills and knowledge and be a champion for ensuring the team is fully up to date with best practice guidelines Be a supportive mentor to the wider team in regards to up skilling non clinical staff and supporting new members of the team. Ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice Skills and experiences RGN or RMN is essential along with evidence of PREP (Post-registration Education & Practice).
