You get more and more responsibilities and tasks as you improve and develop in the Sales Leader position. Administrative tasks are few for a Sales Leader (the Store Manager will handle most of the tasks). Instead you will be on the floor, focusing on sales and on guiding, training and developing your staff. As a Sales Leader you will have the following areas of responsibility: Ensure that we perform and make a healthy profit on our different products. Follow up on the key figures of the sales reports: do we perform well, and are we the salesmen we should be? Be on the floor, coach and follow up on your staff and their efforts in order to facilitate their performance. Plan and schedule staff tasks to ensure that you reach the overall sales goal of the day/week/month. Order goods, plan and prepare for campaigns or new seasons – being always one step ahead on types of discounts or price regulations.
