We are recruiting on behalf of a very large company that offers products on a global scale to Military Aerospace, Civil Aerospace, Defence, Rail, Mass Transit and Industrial Markets and makes revenue of $5.5 billion per year. They are looking to recruit a Sales Co-ordinator with a can do attitude for their Whitstable site. You will need to be driven to achieve sales targets, happy to work in a busy office and willing to learn about new products, processes and other skills relevant to the job. It is essential that you have experience in a manufacturing background and B2B sales. The role will entail dealing with customer requests in a polite, efficient and professional manner while maintaining platinum customer service at all times. You will be responsible for up selling, cross selling and generating leads for existing and new business and servicing customers to fulfil their requirements as well as quoting, processing sales orders and other responsibilities relating to the role. You will be expected to contact potential customers as well as take incoming calls and support Business Development Managers. You will to be able to start work promptly at 8am as opening hours are between 8am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1.30pm on Friday.
