NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

JOB DUTIES : The successful applicant will be responsible for: Aligning and anchoring machinery. Fabricating, setting up, repairing and attaching loads to rigging and support structures using hand and power tools. Attaching pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures using bolts and clamps. Manipulating rigging lines, hoists and pulling gear to move or support heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces using chainfalls, gin poles, gallows frames and other equipment. Dismantling and storing rigging equipment after use. Selecting gear such as cables, pulleys, and winches, according to load weights and sizes, facilities and work schedules. Signalling or verbally directing workers to tilt, dip, and turn suspended loads over, under and/or around obstacles, using multi-point suspension techniques, ensuring safety of workers and materials. Installing ground rigging for yarding lines, attaching chokers to logs and then to the lines. Testing rigging to ensure safety and reliability. OTHER INFO : This position is temporary for approximately 2-3 months. Wage is supplemented by holiday pay, overtime and allowances. Paid weekly by BACS.
