Varied Revenue Administrator vacancy with a growing organisation in Lowestoft Our client, a fast growing organisation based in the Lowestoft area are recruiting for a Revenue Administrator/ Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time basis. This is a fantastic job opportunity for someone who has a background in accounts that is hoping to build on their current knowledge and gain more experience within an organisation the encourages development. Reporting to the Sales Ledger Supervisor, key responsibilities will include: Daily Basis . Posting any payments received from the bank statements to excel spreadsheets . Following up and amending Debt Logs comments . Dealing with revenue queries Weekly Basis . Checking Admission/ Discharges and opening/ finalising the financial account together with completing the relevant check-lists . Checking Debt Logs to ensure all the balances are included and totals agreed. Emailing them to the relevant Managers/ Operation Managers/ Operation Directors . Producing weekly rates reports Monthly Basis . Producing mid-month and month end reconciliation''s . Checking and sending expenses statements . any other duties that may at times be required Our client are looking for someone with recent work experience within a finance position, strong IT and communication skills. In addition to this someone who is willing to learn new skills and further their career.
