Our dynamic and modern insurance firm based in Bournemouth, Dorset are seeking an Operations Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Call Centre Operations Manager to further your career in this expanding business. Duties: * To manage the performance and motivation of team leaders in sales, service and retention departments to ensure monthly and quarterly objectives are met * To be responsible for overall direction, co-ordination, planning, assigning and directing work * To study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency * To promote a culture that encourages and ensures both consumer and staff satisfaction * To identify, recommend and support the implementation of various programs for the improvement of call centre processes and sales potential * To work closely with training and HR to ensure departments are sufficiently resourced in line with business requirements * Conduct regular reviews of Team Managers to facilitate growth, development and simulate improved performance * To ensure FCA and other regulatory and business standards are met * Facilitate team meetings and provide regular briefings to Team Managers * Participate in recruitment, selection, and development of managers COMPETENCIES: * You will have proven team leader experience in a sales environment within a contact centre; * You will have excellent leadership skills; * You will have the ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment. * You will have a proven record of achieving motivation through coaching, training, mentoring and teamwork in a sales related or a customer service environment; * You will have solid communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills. * You will be able to demonstrate strong people management skills and the ability to deliver to a very high standard in a fast changing environment; * You will have the ability to express ideas in clear and concise manner; * You will be results driven and thrive on exceeding a set of given targets; * You will be a confident people person with excellent communication skills as you will not only need to agree and implement plans with each team member, but you will also need to liaise with others in the business to act on management information; * You will have the ability to adapt your style and technique to communicate effectively with our diverse range of staff; * You will have the ability to work to processes and procedures; Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Bonus Working hours: 41.5 hours per week between 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday as the business requires Location: Bournemouth, Dorset Our aim is to respond to your application within 48 hours.
