Honorary Contract AdministratorBand 3Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2016In this role you will work closely with the Honorary Contracts Coordinator to support the provision of an expert and responsive Honorary Contract service to Trust managers, staff and candidates. Your day-to-day duties will range from pre-employment checking through to contract administration, all while maintaining a customer focused approach when responding to a high volume of internal and external enquiries. You will have a proven educational background with excellent computer/keyboard skills and the ability to use all Microsoft applications. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of administration including of database systems and previous experience of working in busy, customer facing roles.As this post will bring you into direct contact with candidates, managers and the DBS, it is essential that you have excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills. You will also be a proactive team player who is able to develop strong and effective working relationships. A flexible and pragmatic approach to your work and exceptional organisational skills that will enable you to manage a varied workload, with competing priorities and deadlines, is also key success in this role. This role offers a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is looking for variety, responsibility, people contact and a degree of autonomy.
