NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a leading insurance provider in their state of the art contact centre based by the Old Severn Bridge in Aust for the next 8 weeks. Working in the busy renewals and retentions team, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from existing customers and dealing with their policy renewal requests. Responsibilities will include 1. Speaking to customers and taking details 2. Processing renewal transactions 3. Forwarding misdirected calls to the relevant departments 4. Updating the company database 5. Ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Due to the location of this role, applicants will need to have access to their own transport as there is no public transport links.
