The Service Optimisation team specialises in optimising the end to end IT experience for all of our stakeholders. Made up of talented, experienced individuals well-versed in rectifying difficult and struggling projects this team is playing a key role in our wider strategy in IT and across the Group. Your role will be varied - uniquely covering the full infrastructure and application landscape. It will include supporting project delivery and root cause investigations into service incidents as well as ad-hoc technical design and consultancy work as the need arises. You will coordinate and lead technical resources across Group IT to resolve performance issues and improve the customer experience. A good time and...
