Gaining international experience and developing knowledge and skills across a number of areas of the trade, as a Travel Agent for the French market you will help customers with existing global travel bookings as well as post travel concerns. This will include assistance with booking hotels, and other travel related services for an industry leader in hotels and accommodation booking. You will also calculate costs and refunds and making amendments to customers bookings via telephone, email and chat communication channels.
