Téléperformance is looking for an IT Helpdesk agent Adobe Spanish Portuguese, (m/w).
As an Adobe IT-helpdesk agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers that have service related question as well as technical question. You will assist the customers by phone and by e-mail, ensuring the best customer service satisfaction. The languages required for this position are Spanish (native/near native), Portuguese (native/near native) and English (intermediate level). Customer support will always be in Spanish and Portuguese but for training and internal communication purposes within the Adobe team, English is required. Specific knowledge is not necessary since you will get a complete Adobe training, however, an interest in graphic design and IT-related topics is desired. Skills needed for this position: - You are enthusiastic, customer-oriented and possess strong communication skills; - You are commercially minded; - You are native/near native in Spanish and Portuguese and have good knowledge of the English language; - You are able to work at our office located in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
Our offer: - Fulltime paid trainings; - Working hours from Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 22.00; - Fixed term contract of 7 months of 32-40 hours a week (with possibility of extension);- When applicable, a travel compensation of € 133,25 per month when travelling by own transport and a 100% compensation when travelling by public transport; - 22 holidays, next to the possibility to be rewarded an additional day per quarter (based on a 40 hours
- work week). - 8% Holiday allowance; - Possibility to use a "Relocation package"
