For one of our biotech partners in the Netherlands, we are currently looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to support the senior finance manager. Accountabilities to the senior finance manager Coordinate preparation of forecasts and budgets Provide recommendations to business based on analysis of deviations from budgets Provide leadership, consultancy and financial support Act as link between finance and business departments Manage the reporting processes (analytical management) Responsibilities Coordinate and consolidate budget, latest estimate and variance analysis Monitor actual and forecasted cost (on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis) Lead long-term planning support activities Analyse and prepare reports Ensure all company data is collected, derived and consolidated data from all departments in order to produce reliable forecasting and plans Lead quarter and year-end financial closing Lead financial and accounting projects locally Develop and roll out performance boards with KPI’s Ensure budget data in finance systems are consistent with entries Provide decision support to various stakeholders (business, brand and project teams, functions) Company: Pauwels Consulting is a fast-growing technical consultancy firm with a large portfolio of international corporate clients in Engineering, Pharma and IT.
