We have more than 500 employees in Colombia, Mauritius, Sweden, Malta, Romania and Malaysia handling not only a hundred of million ads and customer tickets, but also detect and prevent several millions of fraud attempts every year. Our clients are companies considering security and consumer trust to be critical to their business success, operating in industries such as online classifieds, dating and social networks. The company is now looking to employ an Assignment Manager to manage a Swedish Speaking Team to strengthen further its growing operations within Malta office. Overview of the role: The Assignment Manager is a central leader in operations who takes full responsibility for the services delivered by the whole assignment, and who constantly works to improve profitability and quality levels. He/She will be responsible to manage a team of approximately 40 people. To achieve this the Assignment Manager maintains and extends the relationship with the client in order to clarify their expectations and deliver agreed services, as well as identifying business opportunities to further extend the scope of the assignment. The person also works actively on a day to day basis in engaging all people in the assignment towards the results, and is involved in the recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and coaching. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise: - Ideally holds a management related Diploma and/or Degree - Minimum 1 year experience leading/managing a team of 20+ - Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English - Strong leadership skills, able to inspire and motivate members within the team - Strong communication skills - Previous experience from managing relationships with clients - Commercial and business interest Offer This role represents a stimulating and rewarding challenge in a fast-moving and growing international organization in which you, along with friendly and professional colleagues, have the chance to influence and contribute to Besedo s development.
