Since 2000, our client has provided AutoID and mobile computing solutions for enterprises across different sectors including pharmaceutical, medical device manufacturing and retail. An opportunity has now arisen for a Professional Services Manager to join their team. If you are a technical team manager from a service and support, project management and commercial background, this is a fantastic opportunity to progress and develop with an industry-leader. As the Professional Services Manager, you will have full responsibility for the commercial aspects of the department. You will be charged with raising the level of technical expertise within the company and architecting and designing new technical solutions for specific customer requirements. Developing strong knowledge of our client s product portfolio and associated 3rd party products, you will play a key role in the selection, evaluation and validation of hardware and software components.
