SWEDISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are searching for customer service representatives with excellent Swedish language skills!
You are the next expert in our team if:
You have excellent customer service, communication, people and problem solving skills
Besides English, you have excellent Swedish language skills
You are familiar with various IT tools on a basic level
You have worked in similar fields (preferable)
You will be responsible for:
Providing IT support via phone and e-mail, instructing users on usage of software, receiving and assigning software, hardware and network requests.
Following up on existing tickets and escalating unresolved cases to relevant support groups.
