Optimization of the contact and service between our clients and their customers are our primary objective as international BPO provider for our Scandinavian and international business clients.
Position description:
1st line corporate IT user support
2nd line customer support for network equipment
Requirements:
Native Danish language and fluent in English
Technical knowledge PC and/or Printer / Software & Hardware
MS Office Suite
Previous work experience as an IT-Support Specialist
Service Minded with good communication skills
Multi-tasking skill and an ability to work in team
Desirable: Technical education or higher
