FRANCAIS Sellbytel in Barcelona is looking for a Sales & AfterSales Advisor with Flemish and French (m/w).In line with SELLBYTEL Group s Customer Service project, we are currently recruiting professionals to be part of an exciting new team, working for the leader in the technological sector (computers, MP3, telecommunication, entertainment). Our Service will be responsible for resolving Customer s requests, when possible, in a single telephone call while offering the best product information. Your main tasks - Resolving Customer s requests in order to provide accurate information - Inbound Sales support and selling of products to increase revenue & conversion rates, - While ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction. - Find out customer s needs in order to offer them the most suitable products available. - Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds...) - Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests We offer - Full-time and "Obra y Servicio" contract - Salary: 15938.40euros fix (gross/year) + up to 200euros month in bonus - Work from Home: Telecommute-Internal Development Program Requirements- High/native level of Flemish and French - Fluent English - Excellent communication and sales skills in a variety of customer facing situations. - Sales and Customer Service oriented - Familiar with current Technological environment (Previous experience in technological sector is a plus) - Good team player with excellent work ethic & personal drive.
