NAME: Agent Support Assistant Swedish Market DUTIES: EXPLAIN THE KIND OF WORK HE/SHE IS GOING TO DO As an Agent Support Assistant your purpose will be managing the portfolio of clients, i.e. the network of agents that are active throughout the territory of Sweden. For that purpose, you will spend 50% of your time in the field, visiting them and advising on how to improve their business in the MT area: maintaining a competitive exchange rate depending on the needs of each agent, providing advertising media to optimize the image of the agents, solving doubts or helping them use the computer application, etc. NUMBER OF POSTS: 1 PROFIL OF EMPLOYEE: You need a minimum level of High School, though a University degree is a plus. You must have sales and customer orientation, be an analytical thinker and have an excellent understanding of the exchange rates and its effects over the clients activity - knowledge about Revenue/Yield management is highly valued.
