NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

Would you like to support Grundfos to differentiate our products, services, and user experience? Then here is your chance to be part of a great team with professional and creative colleagues You join the international Research & Technology department and 6 colleagues in the Design & Software Concepts team. We are responsible for Concepts, product design and user interface design related to all Grundfos products. You become part of a small team responsible for the shaping of the products, and you will also work in various project teams for our different products. You refer to Manager, Peter Bertelsen. ”The team works closely with both Technical and Business Development, and our focus is on early development and learning. We need to create more solutions than what is needed in order to make room for play, experimentation and learning, and keep creativity flowing. Aside from working with your team, you will also gain an international network, as you will work with developers in Hungary, China and the US,” explains Peter. What is the job about? Your primary responsibility will be to develop concepts for user interface related directly to our products, including test and validation of wireframes and prototypes, in accordance with Grundfos UI Platform. This entails handling the coordination, review and delivery of wireframes and graphics for implementation at internal or external development. You actively drive cases related to user experience, gathering specific component, system and application knowledge internally and externally to be able to develop a correct and targeted user experience. Part of your job is also to conduct user tests and usability tests on solutions in which digital user interfaces are part of the system. Tests will also include other elements of the solution which contribute to user experience. You report user insights and feedback collected during user validation tests and use analytics data on existing and new solutions as input/validation of user experience. “Your challenge will be to understand the customer value based on early user insights cases. It will be critical to the different projects. Because our products and our user interface need to be simple, intuitive and appealing – even when the product’s technology in itself is complex,” says Peter. What do you need to apply? You hold a Master’s or Bachelor degree within the area of user interface and user experience, e.g. as a User Interface Designer, and you have good experience from a similar position. Alternatively, you are a talented, recent graduate who likes working with the link between user experience, business, and technology. Moreover, you have experience with digital product development. You speak and write English fluently. “On a personal level, your entrepreneurial, agile, and holistic thinking combined with your outgoing personality enables you to communicate professionally with customers, end users, and sales. Finally, you are comfortable with iterative work methods suitable for digital products,” finishes Peter.
