As our new Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and serve as her right hand in developing and executing the overall Sales, Marketing and Communication strategies while focusing on online and social media and: Maximising the impact and value of our marketing budget through an ideal mix of PR, web, viral, social and partners Owning and driving the content and release plan for http://www.LEGOHouse.com, based on the digital guest journey mapping Analysing market and guests as well as benchmarking to continuously improve the experience Building and nurturing relations with national and international partners for campaigning Drive Sales and Marketing through a connected community In a culture that is famous for collaboration and creativity, you will play a key role in shaping the LEGO House Sales & Marketing. In doing so, you will truly get a feel of being part of a family-owned business that offers a supportive network and team structure. You will join a very dedicated LEGO House project team who feel extremely privileged to work on this project, a beacon for the entire LEGO Group with focus from key stakeholders. Senior digital marketeer with a project management mind-set The challenge is to position, communicate and drive guests to the LEGO House - and deliver experiences that cannot be compared to anything else in this world. To facilitate this, you: Have 5+ years of experience from a marketing and integrated communication position, preferably in the tourism/experience industry e.g. an amusement park, a museum or a large tourist organisation Are digital to the core, think customer centric and are experienced in acting and developing on customer/guest insights Possess a strong drive and have a creative/entrepreneurial/agile spirit as well as solid communication and people skills, making it easy for you to navigate in a broad stakeholder gallery Speak and write English and Danish effortlessly Join the global family of LEGO In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment.
