Take on an independent business partner role Working out of Billund, Denmark, you join a global team of 8, 5 of whom are located at our factory in Hungary. Your main responsibility is to act as a Financial Business Partner for a Moulding Manufacturing site and taking co-responsibility for driving the global manufacturing finance agenda as well. You lead the financial planning process, including month-end reporting, together with the Finance Director, and you: Support a Billund-based business controller by acting as the local functional leader Represent the LEGO Finance agenda at the business unit Deliver financial analyses to support ongoing project evaluation and performance management Lead various estimate processes and participate in the consolidation processes Create and prioritise business cases and develop the right monitoring and reporting tools to understand progress against key strategic and financial objectives Develop your expertise The Senior Manager position is a great entry point to a leadership position in the LEGO Group. Financial experience and the ability to drive complex business decisions To succeed here, you need to hit the ground running in a versatile and self-dependent role. Your manager is based in another country, and you will be working closely with the Finance Leadership Team, so you need a proven track record of understanding and driving complex business decisions while delivering constructive stakeholder management.
