NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

Do you see yourself shaping and implementing solutions leading to world-class performance management? Are you ambitious about developing your competencies and expanding your network in Grundfos? And would you like to work closely with the senior management at Grundfos Headquarters? Then join our department Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), which is part of Corporate Finance. We are 35 colleagues responsible for financial planning, analyses and performance management. Our work takes us deep into the Grundfos Group within all business areas, and we also work closely with senior management. You become part of a small team working specifically with sales management, covering our sales region facilities worldwide. FP&A Sales is headed by Senior Director Claus Borup. “We are a culturally diverse team based in Bjerringbro and currently in the process of implementing new measures to take our performance management to an even higher level. We are a relentlessly ambitious team, and as colleagues we help each other and maintain a good atmosphere with room for family life and a good laugh,” Claus says. What is the job about? As Group Business Controller, you participate in a range of operational tasks as well as in our performance management project. You do performance reporting as well as forecasting and target setting. Furthermore, you conduct financial and pricing analysis and evaluate strategies and activities using a holistic approach to understand the impact on Grundfos. Another part of your job is to participate in projects and identify performance improvements, while preparing material for presentations to senior management. Moreover, you will be collaborating with both group functions as well as our sales regions, which requires your ability to understand the needs of each business and find solutions accordingly. “The senior management as well as other business leaders on our sites world-wide rely on us as business partners. Here we need to balance the role of being supportive with that of also acting as a challenger identifying improvement areas. That requires ability to always have a holistic view based on facts and great cross-cultural inter-personal skills,” Claus says. What do you need to apply? You have a master’s degree in finance/economics, paired with 5+ years of experience within business controlling or as a business partner. Moreover, you have experience with SAP ERP & BW and Microsoft Office applications, and it is a plus, if you have experience with financial planning, performance reporting and Cognos. You speak and write English fluently. “We need someone with excellent communication skills and strong analytical capabilities. You work in a structured manner, seek influence as well as take initiative, and you understand how to be proactive and find solutions that benefit Grundfos as a whole. Finally, the performance management project embraces all parts of the organisation. So you should enjoy working cross-culturally and have excellent collaboration skills as you will be travelling 30 to 60 days per year,” Claus ends.
