We invite you to share our growth appetite in a in a position of: STORE MANAGER M/V Interim contract then following indefinitive contract – Full Time 40 hours/week In our futureStore in Antwerp Your tasks: Management from a team of 2 persons in store. Main actor from the development of the store activity, you are the interlocutor from our customers. You ensure the welcome, the advice and the quality follow from our customers and participate to their fidelity. Ensure the implementation of advertising and promotional strategies and activities including arranging in store cooking demonstrations and other special events. Ensure as directed with the recording of business performance figures, that all figures recorded are accurate. You participate to the implementation of the commercial operations, realize the windows and ensure the products presentations by respecting the merchandising rules. You warranty the good level and management of stocks and ensure the replenishment from the products. You respect and warranty the application from the security and quality process, you train and motivate your team.
